竹銘醫院設計之初,即以數位與自動化的思維,重新定義醫院的硬體結構、醫療流程、醫師診療模式及病患就醫服務體驗。
透過雲端醫療服務平台、穿戴式生理監測裝置、居家監測設備,使Home、Hospital、Healthcare成為一體,創造以病人為中心的智慧醫療模式,可進行遠距醫療、虛擬醫院等創新醫療服務,將醫療照護網絡延伸至社區居家,與基層醫療合作,提供民眾全人醫療、全程照護。
醫院資訊系統將採用SaaS (Software as a Service)雲端平台服務模式,以FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)做為資料交換層的格式,並串聯穿戴式生理監測裝置所收集到的數位健康資料,在共通性(Interoperability)標準環境,彈性擴展各種微服務。


Digital Native Hospital
Jumin Hospital was conceived from the very beginning through the lens of digitalization and automation, redefining the physical infrastructure, clinical workflows, physicians’ practice models, and the overall patient experience in a hospital.
Through a cloud-based healthcare service platform, wearable physiological monitoring devices, and home-based monitoring systems, Home, Hospital, and Healthcare are seamlessly integrated into one continuum. This patient-centered smart healthcare model enables innovative services such as telemedicine and virtual hospitals, extending care beyond hospital walls into the community and the home. In collaboration with primary care providers, it delivers holistic and continuous care for every patient.
The Hospital’s information system is built on a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud platform, using fast healthcare interoperability resources (FHIR) as the standard for data exchange. By integrating digital health data collected from wearable monitoring devices, the system operates within a shared interoperability framework, allowing flexible expansion through a wide range of microservices.
Hospital Digital Twin
By constructing a digital twin model of the hospital, advanced technologies such as information systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI) come together to create a fully integrated environment. This model combines building information modeling (BIM), facility management (FM), and real-time location systems (RTLS) to enable comprehensive oversight of medical resources and patient information. With this integrated system, healthcare teams can monitor equipment status and patient flow in real time, enhancing patient safety while ensuring efficient, high-quality medical services.
Smart Logistics
Drawing on the highly effective operational models of Taiwan’s leading electronics manufacturers, Jumin Hospital implements fully automated logistics management through automated guided vehicles, robotics, and pneumatic tube systems. This guarantees that the right items reach each patient at the right time, while essential supplies are accurately and promptly provided to medical staff, enhancing the overall efficiency of patient care.
